Customer can reschedule & cancel the booking before their booking timing. They can cancel as per below scenario.
The customer may cancel the booking before two hours from their booking timings. In the above case we refund the received amount from customer without any deduction.
The customer may cancel the booking in between two hours from their booking timings. In this case company will charge some nominal amount as a cancellation charges. This amount will be deducted from your received payment. If you don’t make any advance payment then the same charges will be debited in your user id and you may be charged in your next booking.
